Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Vision Walks Eco Tours PTY LTD (ABN [31662975671]) of 1/8Wollongbar Street, Byron Bay NSW, Australia (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible.
- Entrants must hold a valid Social Media account and comply with the platform’s Terms of Use.
3. Promotion Period
- The promotion opens [6:30pm Wednesday 17 September] and closes 9:00 AM AEST, 1 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
- Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, entrants must:
- Follow @visionwalks on social media
- Like the giveaway post
- Tag at least one friend in a comment on the giveaway post (each unique tag counts as one entry); and
- (Optional) Share the giveaway reel to their story and tag @visionwalks for one bonus entry.

5. Prize
- One (1) winner will receive a Gidjuum Gulganyi 4-day guided hiking & glamping experience for one person, valued at AUD $3,200.
- The prize includes: 48 km guided trek, deluxe glamping accommodation, all meals and snacks, evening drinks, morning coffee/tea, and guided interpretation as described on the Vision Walks website.
- Prize is not transferable for another tour or service or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- A random draw will be conducted by the Promoter at Byron Bay at 10AM AEST, 1 October 2025.
- The winner will be notified directly by direct message within 2 business days of the draw.
- The winner’s first name, last initial and suburb will be published on visionwalks.com.au/giveaway-terms and on the @visionwalks Instagram page by close of business 1 October 2025.
7. Claiming the Prize
- The winner must confirm acceptance within 7 days of notification.
- If the winner does not respond or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.
8. Privacy
The Promoter will collect personal information (such as social media handle and contact details) for the purpose of administering the promotion and awarding the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s[Privacy Policy].
9. General Conditions
- Entries must be submitted personally; automated or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
- If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
